BIP services
Border Inspection Posts (BIP) are port facilities where health checks on goods are conducted as required by European regulations.
Our companies have the concession to run the BIP in the Port of Algeciras Bay, a port with one of the highest traffic throughputs in the peninsula, and also in the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Port of Barcelona.
In our facilities, Customs inspectors can perform:
- Document inspections.
- Physical inspections of products of animal origin.
- Physical inspections of products of plant origin.
- Physical inspections of live animals.
